摘    要:论证了雷达海洋回波存在分形特征的可能性.大量研究表明,波浪起伏的海面及其反射的雷达回波信号都具有分形的特征.海面船只存在会改变海面及其回波信号的分数维.因此可以通过测算回波信号的维数变化达到检测目标的目的.从长时间以及大范围来看,海面运动是不规则的,但在短期以及局部范围内,海面运动是有规律可循的,可以将相邻时段以及区域间海面回波的分数维差别作为检测目标的方法,这比直接测量回波信号维数要有效得多.提出一种通过比较相邻时段、相邻距离元的雷达海洋回波信号分数维差值来检测海上目标的方法.通过对某条船航行海域的雷达回波信号数据实验数据分析,可以看到轮船的微弱轨迹.

Abstract:The possibility was rerified that sea clutter is comehow fractal.Fractal is a new way in radar signal processing.Much research showed that sea-surface and its scattered signals are fractional.The vessel will change the fractal dimension of the sea-surface as well as its scattered signals.So the targets could be detected by comparing the fractal dimension of sea scattered signals and much measure ought to be done.From long time and broad area,the motion of the sea-surface is disordered,but from short time and partial area,this motion is ordered indeed.Thus,the difference of fractal dimension between contiguous area and time should be measured instead of measuring the fractal dimension directly.A way to dectect the target by measureng the fractal dimension diffesence betweh contiguous area and time signal is provided.The experiments and datum showed this way is realizable.The trail of a ship could be seen dimly,but it exists surely.
