| Abstract: | Higher special education in China creates the teaching operation mechanism that is suitable for disabled college students during twenty years of exploration,development and reform,and it tends toward perfection in accordance with national conditions.This paper explores and practises the teaching management mode for minor majors in higher visual impairment education. |
