认知负荷理论指导下的大学英语阅读教学

摘    要:阅读本质上是信息的提取和加工过程。减轻学生的认知负荷,能够提高信息提取的准确性和速度,提高阅读效率。本文从阅读分类出发,结合认知负荷理论,提出了有效减轻学生认知负荷,帮助学生提高阅读效率的教学方法和手段。

Abstract:Reading is essentially a process of information extraction and processing. The key to improve reading efficiency is to reduce students' cognitive load in the reading process and improve the accuracy and speed of information extraction. From the classification of reading,combining with Cognitive Load Theory,this paper proposes some teaching methods and means which can effectively reduce cognitive load and enhance the efficiency of teaching reading.
