| 摘 要： | 日本町人与中国儒商所处的历史时期相近,虽然各自伦理思想都具有儒家文化的背景,但是由于价值观、道德意识等方面的异同,因而导致其各自伦理思想的差异性也较大,对二者的伦理思想等进行深入比较,有助于更加准确的理解二者伦理思想之异同。

| Abstract: | Japanese merchants and Chinese confucian entrepreneurs are living in the same period,their ethics have the background of Confucian culture,but because of values and moral consciousness,the differences of their ethics are larger.The detailed comparison on both ethics will offer a more accurate understanding of similarities and differences between the two ethics. |
