| 摘 要： | 农村民间金融有其存在的客观必然性,对弥补我国农村金融制度缺陷起到了积极作用。但农村民间金融也有着自身的不足,需要对其采取合理的金融安排策略：一是正规金融与民间金融相结合的制度安排;二是合作化的制度安排;三是规范化的制度安排。

| Abstract: | Rural nongovernmental finance has its objective necessity,which has positive role to remedy the defects of rural financial system.However,it has its own insufficiency and needs taking reasonable financial arrangement strategies,including the institutional arrangement with the combination of formal and nongovernmental finance,the cooperative institutional arrangement and standardized system arrangement. |
