吉林电视剧产业运作模式的SWOT分析

吉林电视剧产业的繁荣发展主要得益于引而不统的生态条件、离而不弃的创作团队、分而不散的出品机制、俗而不低的文化品格等方面的有利支撑。与此同时,作品同质化明显、品牌附加值偏低、产业市场化欠缺等问题也亟待解决。基于对吉林电视剧产业发展现状的SWOT分析,并借鉴国内外的成功模式,认为应实施品牌化战略、增长型战略、市场化战略和扭转化战略,促使电视剧产业更加科学合理地发展。

SWOT analysis on the operation pattern of TV play industry in Jilin Province

The prosperity and development of TV play industry in Jilin Province mainly benefits from the following conditions such as the leading instead of dominating environment,the creative team who keeps in touch with the country,the cooperating production mechanism and the popular instead of vulgar cultural character.Meanwhile,there exist the problems that need resolving urgently,including no distinctive characters,low additional value of brand and lack of industry marketization.Based on the SWOT analysis on the development status and the introduction of domestic and foreign successful patterns,this paper considers that we should implement brand strategy,impact-increasing strategy,market strategy and style-creation strategy to promote the development of TV play industry in a scientific and reasonable way.
