| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨跆拳道专项学生和普通大学生的心率变异性特征.方法:用MCA-3C心脏功能检测仪,分别采集受试者在安静平卧状态下的512次心率信息,对信息进行时域和频域分析,获得心率变异性各相关指标数据.结果:实验组时域各项指标(HRP、RRP、RRM、RRN、SD、MSD、P50)值均显著高于对照组(P0.01);频域指标显示,T.S、HF.H、HF.A、HF.S、LF/HF值均显著高于对照组(P0.01);其他指标也高于对照组,但无统计学意义.结论:和普通大学生相比,体育系跆拳道专项大学生心率变异性较大,其迷走神经张力相对较大而交感神经张力相对较低,自主神经调节能力较强.
