纳米BaTi_(1-x)Ce_xO_3的合成、烧结与介电性能

摘    要:采用常压液相法 ,在 10 0℃以下制备了一系列BaTi1-xCexO3 固溶体纳米粉末 (0≤x≤ 0 .3) ,经XRD物相分析和d -间距 -组成图证明 ,产品为立方晶系的完全互溶取代固溶体 ,结果符合Vegard定律 .TEM形貌观察 ,粒子为均匀球形 ,平均粒径 70nm .通过制陶实验 ,分别测定了该系列固溶体的室温介电常数以及介电常数随温度的变化 ,结果发现 ,用软化学方法在BaTiO3中掺入适量铈 ,由于掺杂离子均匀进入母体晶格 ,引起tc 降低 ,室温介电常数达 160 0 0 ,比BaTiO3纯相提高近 10倍 .制陶实验证明纳米粉体的烧结温度为 12 0 0℃ ,比传统微米级粉体的烧结温度降低 15 0~ 2 0 0℃ .

Abstract:A series of BaTi 1- x Ce x O 3 (0≤ x ≤0.3) solid solutions were synthesized by soft chemical method at below 100 ℃. XRD and cell parameters-component figures of the series of the solid solutions powder demonstrated that the compounds are mutually miscible in the solid solutions. Furthermore, an observation was conducted through a TEM, the product is found to have a shape of uniform, substantially spherical particles with an average particle size of 70 nm in diameter. The result of preparing ceramics showed that after adulterating with Ce 4+ in pure BaTiO 3 phase, the dielectric constant increased ten times at room temperature and the sintering temperature of the nm-powder was 1 200 ℃.
