| 摘 要： | 黄河三角洲自然资源丰富,石油工业发达,但生态环境脆弱,地方经济基础条件较差。应将该区建成石油、石化、牧业、渔业基地和多功能经济区.重点发展石油石化工业和生态农业,建设立体交通网络.以河广公路、德桩铁路、德龙铁路在本区所构成的“干字型结构”作为生产力总体布局的基本框架,带动整个地区的经济发展.

| Abstract: | The Yellow River Delta is rich in land and marine resources, especially for the petroleum industry, but poor in ecological environment, and the local economy is backward. It should be built into a petroleum industrial base and modern functional economic region with flourishing petrochemical industry, animal husbandry, fishery and other industries. The 'structure', which is formed by three maincommunication lines, should be used as a frame of the overall distribution of productive forces. |
