新型三核酞菁的合成及光学性质研究

摘    要:合成结构新颖的三核酞菁锌,经过元素分析和质谱的表征证明其结构,从而证实产物就是目标化合物.把该材料和PVK旋涂成膜在石英片上,经过光致发光测试,发现在880 nm附近有个比较强的三核酞菁锌的发射峰;然后用旋涂和真空镀膜的方法制作了器件,器件结构为:铟锡金属氧化物(ITO)/聚乙烯咔唑(PVK):酞菁(Pc)/2,9-二甲基-4,7-联苯-1,10-邻二氮杂菲(BCP)/8-羟基喹啉铝(Alq3)/Al.在电致发光光谱中,三核酞菁锌的发射峰出现在900 nm附近,和光致发光一致.

Abstract:A novel three-nuclear phthalocyanine zine(PcZn) is synthesized and characterized by Mass spectrum(MS) and elemental analysis.The result indicates that the final products are in agreement with our proposed ones.After spining cost the mixture of PVK and the materials on quartz slice,we found there was a strong emitting peak of Pc at about 880 nm.Then we fabricated the devices by using the materials.The final structures of OLEDs based on novel three-nuclear phthalocyanine was Indium Tin Oxides(ITO)/polyvinylca...
