摘    要:通过引入甲苯调变SBA-15的合成条件,制备了在孔道内部分二氧化硅积累的介孔材料.该合成方法与文献报道合成方法比较,硅前驱体使用量减少了29.8%,提高了硅源使用率,节约了成本.制备的材料经XRD、TEM、BET等技术手段测试表明,该材料具有典型SBA-15六方介孔晶相结构的特征,显示出独特的二阶脱附曲线.该材料与文献报道的合成方法比较(以PS-100-100样品为例),孔径增加了13.4%、比面积增加了27.8%、孔体积增加了55.1%.

Abstract:A novel SBA-15 material with silica constrictions in its mesoporous channel was prepared according to direct synthesis procedure as traditional SBA-15 except introducing various amount of toluene into the reaction mixture.According to conventional synthetic strategy,such route shows a 29.8% decrease in siliceous precursor mass,which meant the method was economical.The resultant material was characterized by XRD,TEM and N2 sorption.The results show the SBA-15 material possesses clearly hexagonal mesoporous s...
