摘    要:分析比较了原始态碳化硅颗粒与莫来石纤维混杂增强硬铝和氧化态碳化硅颗粒与莫来石纤维混杂增强硬铝复合材料的微观结构与力学性能.结果发现,后者的弯曲强度明显低于前者,微观分析表明,后者发生界面反应生成脆性化合物并使基体中的时效强化相减少是其强度降低的原因.

Abstract:The mechanical properties of as received SiC particles and short mullite fibers reinforced 2024Al composite were compared with that of oxidized SiC particles and short mullite fibers reinforced 2024Al composite. It is found that the bending strength of the latter is obviously lower than that of the former. Microstructure analysis indicates that the strong interface reaction in latter, which results in the formation of brittle phase at the interface and the decrease of aging strengthening phase in the matrix, is responsible for the decrease of the strength.
