| 摘 要： | 在“战场”与“市场”的人才互动中，退役军人教育资助为两场人才的顺利流动提供了便利。退役军人教育资助，凸显了教育面前人人平等，加深了退役军人的教育背景，为退役军人的社会化转型提供了新的思维模式。退役军人教育资助是社会主义市场经济发展和军队改革的必然结果。

| Abstract: | In the talents interchange between ＂battlefield＂ and ＂market＂, the education aid for veterans supplies convenience for the smooth flow of talents in these two fields. Thanks to this education aid, the spirit of ＂everyone is equal in the education＂ has been highlighted, the education backgrounds of the veterans have been expanded, and a new thinking mode for the social transformation of veterans has been provided. The education aid for veterans is an inevitable result of the development of the socialist market economy and military reform. |
