大叶白麻组织培养再生苗有关酶的初步研究

摘    要:采用聚丙烯酸胺凝胶垂直板电泳技术,对大叶白麻实生苗、愈伤组织、组织培养再生苗进行了过氧化物酶同工酶酶谱分析。再生苗过氧化物酶谱带与实生苗基本相似。但是,组织培养再生苗的POD、CAT活性明显高于实生苗,而且脂质过氧化的产物MDA含量也明显低于实生苗。

Abstract:Peroxidase isozyme patterns in seedling, callus, and regeneration seedling from tissue culture of Poacynum were analyzed by vertical polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. The isozyme zymograms of peroxidase of the regeneration seedling were similar to those of the control seedling.The activities of catalase and peroxidase increased, the lipoid peroxidation decreased and the mal-ondialdehyde content significantly decreased in regeneration seedling from tissue culture of Poacynum.
