全球化时代的文化霸权与中国文化权的重塑

分析了西方文化霸权的操作基础、西方文化霸权的实质,以及西方文化霸权的有限性,认为文化权的重塑是非西方主权国家尤其是发展中国家所面临的迫切问题,特别指出中国文化权的重塑是促进中国文化在这个时代发展及繁荣的适时选择。讨论了中国文化权的重塑的问题:第一,要客观评价中国文化;第二,要构建中国当代文化权形态;第三,要明确中国特色社会主义文化权的未来。面对全球化对民族文化权的挑战,我们要立足现实,要增强主动融入其中的信心,在融入的过程中发展自我、影响世界、发挥民族文化的优势,使中国文化在发展中绽放魅力。

Cultural Hegemony in the Era of Globalization and Reshaping of Chinese Cultrual Right

This paper analyzes the operative basis, essence and limitation of Western cultural hegemony, and holds that the reshaping of cultural right is the urgent problems facing non-western sovereign states, especially developing countries. Besides, it emphatically points out that the reshaping of Chinese cultural right is the timely choice to promote the development and prosperity of Chinese culture in the times today. Furthermore, this paper discusses some issues in the reshaping of Chinese culture: firstly, Chinese culture should be evaluated objectively; secondly, it is necessary to build forms of modern Chinese culture right; finally, it is necessary to identify the future of socialist culture right with Chinese characteristics. With challenges of globalization for national cultures, it is necessary to base ourselves on reality, reinforce the confidence of actively engaging ourselves in it. In the process of engagement, it is necessary to develop ourselves, influence the world, and bring the advantages of national culture into full play so as to make Chinese culture charming in its development.
