摘    要:中华绒螯蟹肝胰腺肝小管的上皮细胞壁由E细胞(胚细胞)、F细胞(纤维细胞)、R细胞(吸收细胞)和B细胞(分泌细胞)4种细胞组成.二次卵巢发育时肝小管的主要结构特征为:在肝小管中部,几乎都是由R细胞和B细胞组成,表现为肝胰腺活跃的组织特征,R细胞贮存了丰富的脂肪,成熟B细胞转运泡释放入管腔.肝小管管壁细胞纵切面长柱状,横切面多边形,管腔四角星状或三角星状.

Abstract:The epithelial cells in tubule of the hepatopancreas of Chinese mitten crab, Eriocheir sinensis, differentiated four types: E cells (embryonic cells), F cells (fibrillar cells), R cells (resorptive cells) and B cells (blister like cells). The characteristic structure is that the epithelial cells in the middle tubule are formed by R cells and B cells during the second development of the ovary. The R cells stocked fat and B cells formed transferred vacuoles. The nutrition storing in hepotopancreas were transferred into the lumen by the vacuole in B-cells during the second development of the ovary. The shape of the cells showed polygon in transverse section. The lumen of the tubule showed star-like form.
