| 摘 要： | 2003年3月20日，美国“踢开”联合国，悍然发动对伊战争。美国这一单边主义行径，不仅严重削弱了联合国的权威，对欧洲、中东地区的政治格局也产生了一定的影响。然而，国际格局多极化的趋势并没有因此而停滞，联合国、欧洲、中国成为限制美国单边主义发展的重要力量，而美国国内的经济状况和公众认可感也限制了美国单边主义的发展。

| Abstract: | On the day of March20, 2003, America launched the war toward Iraq without the permission of the United Nations. America ' s behavior weakened the authority and influenced the political structure in Europe and Middle-East area. However, the trend toward multilateralism is not stopped, the United Nations, Europe and China have developed into the important strength to limit America's uni-lateralism At the same time, the economy condition and people's permission in America also limit its unilateralism. |
