摘    要:以Nd(naph)_3-Al(iBu)_3-Al(Et)_2Cl为催化体系,进行丁二烯的聚合,考察了催化剂陈化方式、单体浓度、催化剂浓度对聚合的影响规律,并着重研究了该反应的动力学关系及溶剂性质对反应的影响。

Abstract:The polymerization of butadiene was carried out by the catalyst system of Nd(naph)_3-Al(i-Bu)_3-AlEt_2Cl. Variables affecting the polymerization, such as sequence of catalyst ageing, monomer concentration, catalyst concentration, specially, nature of solvent and reaction kinetics were studied. The results showed that the polymerization rate was found to be first order to the monomer concentration. The solvent did affect the polymerization rate and molecular weight but had little influence on the microstructure of the polymer.
