摘    要:建立索氏提取-高效液相色谱分离,紫外检测萘、联苯、苊、菲、蒽5种多环芳烃的分析方法,并对流动相组成、柱温、流速等色谱分离条件进行了详细的探讨,在优化的条件下,5种多环芳烃在22min内达到基线分离,检测限在0.001~0.03μg.mL-1之间.且将该方法成功地用于校园内3个地点的土壤中多环芳烃的测定.

Abstract:The analytical method of the Soxhlet extraction-high performance liquid chromatography,UV detection of the five polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons including of naphthalene,biphenyl,acenaphthene,phenanthrene,anthracene was established.The composition of the mobile phase,column temperature and flow rate were studied in detail.Under the optimized conditions,five polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons were achieved baseline separation in 22 min,and the detection limit range was 0.001~0.03 μg·mL-1.Finally,the method was successfully used to the determination of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in the soil at three locations.
