| Abstract: | Changchun is the provincial capital of Ji Lin province and one of the five bigest cities of the Northeast. It is , however, poor in natural water resources. Therefore it becomes one of the main ways of solving the problem of short water supply to put groundwater resources to rational use. The paper, beginning with the conditions of groundwater formation,aproaches the essential ways of expanding the water source and the developing direction of Changchun city. |
