摘    要:由于气化焚烧过程NOx 和SO2 产生机理的复杂性,利用动力学方程对其进行预测存在较大的困难,运用灰色理论及方法建立了固体废弃物气化-焚烧两段处理中NOx 、SO2 排放的灰色预测模型.以灰色理论GM(1,1)和GM(2,1)模型为基础,通过不同工况条件下固体废弃物的实验数据用灰色理论建立了相应的模型方程,对所建模型进行了误差检验.计算表明,所建模型的预测结果与实验值比较接近,能够很好地预测固体废弃物气化-焚烧两段处理中NOx 和SO2 排放特性.

Abstract:Due to the complexity of the production mechanism of NO x and SO 2 in gasification treatment, it is difficult to predict the concentration of NO x and SO 2 by kinetic model. Based on gray theory GM(1,1) and GM(2,1) model, gray prediction model is studied on the NO x and SO 2 emission characteristics in gasification and incineration process. The methods of gray model are presented in detail. The parameters of model equations were computed according to the solid waste experimental data in different runs, including temperatures, gasification media and running conditions of combustor. The results show that computed values are in good agreement with experimental ones, and these gray models can preciously predict the processes of synthesis gases emission of gasification.
