论社会转型中的德治困境及以德育人

社会转型中道德问题日显突出，以德治国的方略就置于中国这一特殊的历史背景和道德实践之中。我国对社会转型前后的道德特征的比较中，提出既要防止道德的政治化，又要警惕道德的功利化，真正坚持唯物辨证法，全面实施以德育人，只有提升全民族的道德水准，才能真正实现以德治国。

A Probe into Rules of Virtue and Moral Education

With more and more moral problems in social transformation, strategies for administering a country by virtue becomes more and more important in the particular situation and moral practice in China. In comparision between the moral characters before and after the social transformation, this article proposes not only avoiding moral politicalization but also watching out for moral utilization. It is possible to realize the policy of administering country by virtue. by promoting the whole nation's moral level, resisting on materialist dialectics and enforcing moral education.
