| 摘 要： | 用复合现金流的方法分析了跨国股权战略联盟中一些因素对跨国公司、东道国公司的现金流变化量的影响.通过因素变动与复合现金流的变动的关系来说明哪些因素对跨国股权战略联盟效益产生了正的效益,哪些产生负的效益.指出了我国企业在与跨国公司结成联盟时应当注意的问题.

| Abstract: | In this study, we discussed some factors affected the multiple NPV of MNC and the host country enterprise in the international equity joint venture through the multiple cash flow methods. We explained which factor has a positive relation with multiple NPV and which factor has a negative relation with multiple NPV. We also pointed the key point that it should be pay attention to when the enterprise of our country make a alliance relation with the MNC. |
