摘    要:汽车的转向性能主要由车轮转向半径所决定,为提升汽车转向性能,提出了一种基于行星轮系的汽车转向机构—行星齿轮转向桥。该转向桥利用轴转向代替传统的轮转向,达到减小汽车转向半径的目的。本文利用相关性能指标对比分析了轴转向与轮转向的转向性能。同时对行星齿轮转向桥进行结构与参数设计,并利用ANSYS对转向桥相关部件进行静力学分析,探究其结构可靠性。最后利用MATLAB进行动态分析,对转向桥理论研究进行结果验证。结果表明:采用轴转向的行星齿轮转向桥相较于传统轮转向能够有效减小汽车转向半径、提升汽车灵活性。

Abstract:The steering performance of a car is mainly determined by the turning radius of the wheels. In order to improve the steering performance of the car, a planetary gear steering bridge, a car steering mechanism based on a planetary gear train, is proposed. The steering bridge uses shaft steering instead of traditional wheel steering to achieve the purpose of reducing the turning radius of the car. This article compares and analyzes the steering performance of axle steering and wheel steering using relevant performance indicators. At the same time, the structure and parameters of the planetary gear steering bridge are designed, and the related components of the steering bridge are statically analyzed using ANSYS to explore its structural reliability. Finally, use MATLAB to conduct dynamic analysis and verify the results of the steering bridge theoretical research. The results show that the planetary gear steering bridge with shaft steering can effectively reduce the steering radius of the car and improve the flexibility of the car compared with the traditional wheel steering.
