螺旋桨气动/噪声多目标优化设计

摘    要:针对某大尺寸螺旋桨开展气动/噪声多目标优化设计。基于升力面理论,开展了螺旋桨气动性能计算,通过与试验结果对比,验证了计算方法的准确性;基于Hanson频域远场噪声计算方法,开展了螺旋桨远场噪声评估;以螺旋桨桨叶沿展向分布的弦长、安装角、弯和掠为设计变量,在不改变螺旋桨桨叶数、半径和转速的情况下,以螺旋桨气动性能不降低和远场噪声降噪量最大为优化目标,开展螺旋桨的气动与噪声联合优化设计,优化设计结果与高精度计算结果进行了对比验证。优化结果表明,在不降低螺旋桨气动性能的情况下,优化设计的螺旋桨在1阶离散分量处的远场气动噪声降低5 dB,2阶和3阶离散分量处也有明显的降噪效果。

Abstract:Multi-objective aerodynamic/noise optimization design for a large-sized propeller was carried out. Based on the lifting surface theory, the propeller aerodynamic performance calculation was carried out, and the accuracy of the calculation method was verified by comparing with the experimental results. Based on the Hanson frequency domain far-field noise calculation method, the propeller far-field noise assessment was evaluated. The chord length, installation angle, bend and sweep of the propeller blade along the span-wise distribution were regard as design variables. The number of propeller blades, radius and speed was not changed. The optimization goals were set as no reduction of the aerodynamic performance and the maximization of the far-field noise reduction. The optimized design results were compared with the high-precision calculation results. The optimization results show that, without reducing the aerodynamic performance of the propeller, the far-field aerodynamic noise of the optimally designed propeller is reduced by 5 dB at the first-order discrete components, and the second-order and third-order discrete components are also reduced.
