Supporting and Coorperative Tactics of Moral Education in Universitjes Under the Policy of Administering a Country by Morality

The implementation of the Policy"Administering a country by morality"has put forward new requirement of the moral education work in the institutions of higher learning. To support and coorperate with the policy we must have an overall comprehension of the intension of 'Morality', treat dialectically the relation between' administering a country by law' and 'administering a country by morality', establish favourable interactive pattern of moral education; in the work of moral education with college students as its main objects,the three basic educations should be kept in mind: belief in idea, social morality, and professional ethics; at the sane time, linking with social moral education, to cultivate the students' ability of moral appreciation, to promote self-cultivation of' always keeping ethics in mind even when you are alone, to strengthen the guide of moral practice of college students.
