弹性抗弯铰模型在管系结构分析中的应用

摘    要:本文讨论了管道弯头的力学简化模型——弹性抗弯铰在管系结构分析中的应用,给出了考虑结点柔性的直管单元的单元刚度矩阵和等效结点载荷。与传统的弯管单元相比较,文中给出的方法可以减少单元和结点数目,节约计算机内存空间和计算时间,并能得到工程上较为满意的结果。

Abstract:This paper discusses the application of elastic flexure-resisting hings, a simplified model of pipe bend, in the structural analysis of piping systems. In order to reduce the number of elements and nodes of a piping system, the element stiffness matrix and the equivalent nods loads of straight pipe element with joint flexibility are formula ted, .The results obtained in this paper are in good agreement with those by using conventional pipe bend element of finite element method.
