摘    要:在醋酸-醋酸铵底液中,铜铁试剂与锡离子形成络合物,产生一个络合物吸附极谱波,峰高与锡离子浓度成线性关系,从而可以测定锡离子,本文应用这种方法测定食品中的锡,并与分光光度法作对照,表明方法准确简单。

Abstract:In the substrate of HAc-NH4Ac. Sn4+ forms a complex compound with HCup and gives a complex adsorptive wave The peak height is in linear relation with the concentration of Sn4+, so Sn4+ may be determined. The paper determined the Sn4+ in the canned food. At the same time. the method is checked with spectrophotography and it turns out to be an accurate and simpte method.
