| 摘 要： | 在醋酸－醋酸铵底液中，铜铁试剂与锡离子形成络合物，产生一个络合物吸附极谱波，峰高与锡离子浓度成线性关系，从而可以测定锡离子，本文应用这种方法测定食品中的锡，并与分光光度法作对照，表明方法准确简单。

| Abstract: | In the substrate of HAc-NH4Ac. Sn4+ forms a complex compound with HCup and gives a complex adsorptive wave The peak height is in linear relation with the concentration of Sn4+, so Sn4+ may be determined. The paper determined the Sn4+ in the canned food. At the same time. the method is checked with spectrophotography and it turns out to be an accurate and simpte method. |
