甘兰型油菜萝卜细胞质雄性不育系花粉败育的细胞学研究

摘    要:甘兰型油菜萝卜细胞质雄性不育系的花粉败育发生在四分体至单核花粉粒阶段。引起花粉败育的原因是绒毡层细胞的异常活动,如细胞过度肥大以及推迟解体。花粉败育的过程从四分体开始,细胞质内液泡逐渐增大,接着细胞器解体,细胞核解体。最后原生质体消失,仅留下残存的花粉壁。

Abstract:There occurs pollen abortion during the stage from tetrad to single nucleus pollen grain of cytoplasmic male-sterile line in Brassica napus Var. oleifera(Raphanus sativus L.). The reason that caused pollen abortion is supernormal activity of tapetum, for exaple, the extravagant englargent of tapetum cells and the postponement of disintegration. The process of pollen abortion begins with vacuole formation and gradual enlargement in the tetrad. Then organalla and nucleus disintegrate. At last the protoplst disappears, onle the pollen wallbe remained in the pollen chamter.
