| 摘 要： | 通过对煤炭资源开发利用特征及其对生态环境破坏的现状分析，论明煤炭开发利用造成生态破坏已成为我国可持续 发展的制约因素，提出煤炭资源开发利用与生态环境保护的可持续性协调发展的对策。
