微膨胀钢管混凝土膨胀性能与极限承载力试验研究

摘    要:以膨胀剂掺量为参数,对微膨胀钢管混凝土试件进行膨胀性能和极限承载力的试验研究.试验结果表明,混凝土由于膨胀剂的加入,补偿收缩效果明显,能够产生自应力防止脱空现象的发生;同时在钢管的紧箍力下,核心混凝土处于3向受压状态,能与钢管协同工作,从而提高钢管混凝土构件的极限承载力.通过对理论计算值和试验实测值的比较,钢管膨胀混凝土承载力不宜用钢管混凝土承载力公式进行计算,容易造成材料浪费.

Abstract:Taking mixture ratio of expansive agent as a parameter,the expansive ability and limit bearing capacity of slightly expansible concrete-filled steel tube was experimentally investigated.The experiment result showed that the effect of compensation for concrete contraction was obvious due to the addition of expansive agent and the formation of self-stress,so that the vacating phenomenon was evaded.Meantime,the kernel concrete was in the state of triaxial compression due to the hooping steel tube and it could ...
