| Abstract: | In pursuance of the system of employment under contract in public institutions, to strengthen the management of appropriation expenditure is becoming more and more important. In view of the existing problems, we should take active countermeasures. The first step is to strengthen the sense of management. In addition,it's quite necessary to intensify the basic work,improve the inner-control system and innovate the methods of management continuously. |
