| 摘 要： | 钙蛋白酶（calpain）是一族钙离子依赖性的、水解半胱氨酸的蛋白酶,钙蛋白酶抑制蛋白（cal-pastatin）是钙蛋白酶的特异性抑制蛋白.钙蛋白酶-钙蛋白酶抑制蛋白系统在多种细胞中发挥作用,本文就国内外对该系统在雄性生殖调控中的作用的研究情况作一概括,为人们进一步了解该系统奠定基础.

| Abstract: | Calpains are a family of calcium - dependent, non - lysosomal cysteine proteases （ proteolytic enzymes） expressed ubiquitously in mammals and many other organisms. Calpastatin is an endogenous calpain inhibitor. The calpain/calpastatin system is involved in numerous cellular events. This review summarized the characteristics and functions of calpain/calpastatin regulation in the male reproduction regulation. |
