| Abstract: | Water is the source of culture, and culture is the soul. Heng Shui lake, as the first south lake, national nature reserve and water conservancy scenic area, its water is very rich in culture, both in the form of material culture： the water engineering, water environment and water landscape, and in the form of spiritual culture： water philosophy, water laws and regulations, water literature and art, theory of water conservancy and water works. |
