教育哲学在地方本科院校创新人才培养中的价值分析

摘    要:创新型人才培养是实现高等教育培养目标的客观要求也是衡量高校办学优劣的一个重要指标.培养目标、培养内容、培养方式及培养制度是创新人才培养的主要内容要素,这些要素的合理和健全有效地保障了创新型人才培养的顺利实施.在地方本科高校职教转型发展的关键时期,对地方院校创新人才培养过程中普遍存在的问题进行哲学的反思和批判,是对创新人才培养回归教育目的和本质的理性价值思考.

Value Analysis of Educational Philosophy in the Cultivation of Innovative Talents of Local Universities

Abstract:The cultivation of innovative talents is an important indicator to achieve the objective requirements of the training objective of Higher Education and to measure the quality of Universities. Training objectives, training contents, training methods and training system which are reasonable and sound are the major elements of the cultivation of innovative talents to effectively guarantee the smooth implementation of the cultivation of innovative talents. At a critical stage of development of vocational education transformation, it's important to make reflection and criticism of philosophy on the common problems of the cultivation of innovative tal- ents of local universities and to realize the rational thinking of value on the returning to the education essence and purpose of training innovative talents.
