基于模糊PID的发动机试验台测控系统

摘    要:将模糊控制和PID控制结合起来运用于发动机试验台测控系统中,确定了模糊控制规则,并建立了发动机—测功机传动系统动力学模型,利用MATLAB/Simulink对发动机的转矩、转速进行了仿真研究,结果表明:控制精度较高、动态响应快、超调量低,较好地解决了试验台控制的稳定性及测量的实时准确性问题。

Abstract:Fuzzy-PID control is used in the measuring and controlling system of the engine test bed and the rule of the fuzzy control is determined.Based on the dynamic model of the drive system between the engine and the test dynamometer,MATLAB/ Simulink is applied to simulate the torque and the rotation speed of the engine.The results indicate that the stability of the test bed and the metrical problem of real time veracity are solved preferably.
