基于MPI网络的温室监控系统

摘    要:本文在分析国内现有先进温室控制系统的基础上,结合先进工业控制网络理论,提出了基于MPI网络的温室自动监控系统。该系统以PC作为远程监控设备、PLC作为现场控制设备、触摸屏及文本显示器作为现场监控设备,采用MPI通信协议。同时,给出了基于PC和基于触摸屏的两类不同档次的HMI,分别实现网络远程监控和单温室现场监控功能。该系统投入运行后,较好地实现了工艺控制要求,控制过程稳定可靠,具有较高的性价比,是一种更经济的温室网络监控系统。

Abstract:After analyzing a lot of advanced control systems of home greenhouses and studying modern industrial control networks,the paper proposed a supervision and control system of greenhouse based on MPI network.The system adopted MPI protocol and had three primary parts: a PC as a remote monitor;PLCs as field controllers;touch-sensitive screen and text displayer as field monitors.Two HMIs were designed for supervising and controlling the environments of greenhouse: one was a remote monitor based on PC,the other was a filed monitor based on touch-sensitive screen.The system could make the environment suitable for plant growth.The system was more economical for its lower cost in comparison with other field bus control system
