| 摘 要： | 随着人民法律意识的不断提高,舆论民意对热点案件的关注度逐年提高,民意对司法公正的监督作用也日益凸显。有观点认为舆论民意的参与是对司法的干预,但事实上民意对于司法公正的作用是助推而不是干预。
