| 摘 要： | 在中国西部存在着一类区域,这里地瘠人贫,人口稠密,经济欠发达,极少受人关注.这里以云南省宣威市域为例,通过对该地域人口、资源、环境的分析,认为人口与自然、经济匹配不当,资源严重超载,是制约其可持续发展的主要因素,只有保护环境、大力发展及经济,提高人口承载力才是解决该区域发展瓶颈的有效途径.

| Abstract: | There is a kind of special and poor area of Westen China where it is developed and densely populated. The author takes XuanWei city of Yunnan province as a good example by analyzing its population, natural resources and environment, by revealing the reasons of its less development, to put forward some solutions to sustainable development of this area. |
