| Abstract: | Abstract: This paper puts forward that the subjective and objective factors have checked the initiative in individual human capital investment. The subjective factors include economic and political reasons, one's personality and talent; the objective factors include its social system and environment. In the modern society, individual human capital investment has got its superiority as well as its inferiority, cost and profit vary with the amount of investment accordingly. |
