摘    要:影响个人人力资本投资积极性的主观因素个人收益最大化追求、认识能力和品质等;客观因素包括社会制度与社会环境。当代社会个人人力资本投资具有先发优势和后发劣势;投资量不同其成本收益变化趋势不同。

Abstract:Abstract: This paper puts forward that the subjective and objective factors have checked the initiative in individual human capital investment. The subjective factors include economic and political reasons, one's personality and talent; the objective factors include its social system and environment. In the modern society, individual human capital investment has got its superiority as well as its inferiority, cost and profit vary with the amount of investment accordingly.
