| 摘 要： | 钢结构住宅体系是我国十五期间建筑业的推广重点,文中介绍了目前钢结构住宅体系的发展现状,对比各种结构体系的优缺点、适用条件及存在的缺陷,分析了钢结构住宅体系今后的研发重点,并对钢结构住宅产业化提出了一些建议。

| Abstract: | The residential system of steel structure is the popularizing focus of architecture industry in our national The Tenth Five-year Plan. Under this wide background and the current situation, the paper introduces the present development of this system, compares with other structure systems and finds out their respective advantages and disadvantages, the different available conditions and some existed shortcomings. It also analyses the research and exploration focus of this system in the future, and puts forward some suggestions for the industrialization of steel structure residence. |
