滚压和热处理对中碳钢电刷镀试件疲劳寿命的影响

摘    要:对中碳钢电刷镀镍试件进行了滚压和热处理试验,经过成组疲劳对比试验,发现滚压在一定程度上能提高电刷镀镍试件的疲劳寿命;而回火热处理对电刷镀镍试件疲劳寿命影响不大。此外实验证明氢脆并不是影响电刷镀试件疲劳寿命的主要原因。

Abstract:In order to increase the fatigue life of metal components,we studied the effect of rolling and heat-treatment condition on brush plated medium carbon steel specimens.It was found that while rolling can raise the fatigue life of brush plated specimens a little,a temper heat treatment does not influnce fatigue life. Hydrogen embrittlement is not a major influence on fatigue life.
