纳米铁磁粒子磁化强度弛豫时间的非简谐效应

摘    要:在原子作非简谐振动的情况下,求出在均匀外磁场中单轴铁磁粒子的弛豫时间与阻尼系数、粒径大小、温度等的关系.以球状纳米铁磁粒子作计算,探讨了原子非简谐振动和阻尼系数对粒子磁化强度弛豫时间的影响.结果表明:铁磁纳米微粒的弛豫时间随温度、粒径大小和阻尼参数均有明显改变,纳米微粒的小尺寸效应对纳米铁磁粒子的弛豫时间有明显影响.

Abstract:Under the condition of atomic anharmonic vibration, the connection of single-domain ferromagnetic granule has been figured out, with damping parameter, granule-radius and temperature in uniform external field. With spheroidal nanometer ferromagnetic granule, the influence of atomic anharmonic vibration and damping parameter has been discussed, on the magnetization intensity relation of granule. As a result, the relaxation time of nanometer ferromagnetic granule changes obviously with temperature, granule - radius and damping parameter. The small size effect of nanometer granule has an obvious influence on the ralaxation time of nanometer ferromagnetic granule.
