天麻种子与紫萁小菇共生萌发过程中的超微结构变化研究

摘    要:紫萁小菇与天麻种子共培养时可刺激种子萌发形成原球茎 .菌丝自胚柄端柄状细胞侵入天麻种子原胚 ,分布于天麻原球茎基部的柄状细胞 ,外皮层细胞和内皮层细胞内 .菌丝外围环绕着一层原球茎细胞质膜和电子透明物质 ,这一界面是原球茎与真菌相互作用的产物 ,两者间的物质转运发生在这个界面上 .菌丝在外皮层细胞中形成菌丝结 ,在内皮层细胞中则被消化 ,形成扁化、衰败的菌丝或菌丝团块 .含有衰败菌丝的原球茎细胞可被菌丝重新定植 ,新近定植的菌丝又被原球茎细胞消化 .

Abstract:Seeds of Gastrodia elata were germinated in the presence of Mycena osmundicola. Many seeds germinated to form protocorms,which were colonized by fungal hyphae.Hyphae were commonly distributed in stipecell,subepidermal parenchyma cells (SEP) and inner cortical parenchyma cells(ICP),and were separated from protocorm cell cytoplasma by electron-lucent material and the protocorm cell plasma membrane,which may be involved in some way with nutrient exchange between fungi and protocorms.The hyphae formed pelotons in SEP cells,but in ICP cells they were digested.Protocorm cells containing degenerated hyphe were frequently recolonized by hyphae.
