| 摘 要： | 现阶段高校体育伤害事故民事纠纷需要多元化的解决途径,虽然仲裁与民事诉讼均属于民事纠纷的解决方式,但他们之间却有着某些联系与差异。可仲裁性标准是衡量各种纠纷是否可以提交仲裁的条件,依据此标准对高校体育民事纠纷进行分析,可以确定此类纠纷具有可仲裁性。因此可以将仲裁作为解决高校体育伤害事故民事纠纷的途径。 |

| Abstract: | The college sports injuries civil disputation need for a wide range of solution,although arbitration and civil litigation can be used to resolve civil disputation,but it has some link and differences between them.The arbitrability standard is a measure of whether a variety of disputation can be referred to arbitration.According to this standard,analysis of various types of the college sports injuries civil disputation,and this kind of disputation can be determined with arbitrability,then the arbitration to be considered as the way to resolve the college sports injuries. |
