散打后鞭腿训练导致腰方肌损伤的成因分析

目的:探讨散打后鞭腿训练导致腰方肌损伤的机制,从而预防此类损伤的发生,提高训练水平。方法:采用技术动作分解、疼痛诱发和腰部临床检查等方法,寻找并分析腰部肌肉损伤的具体部位和原因。结果:在完成转髋、挺髋和发力鞭击等后鞭腿技术环节时,队员腰部略有痛感,且在队员的优势腿一侧痛感更明显;在后鞭腿踢击沙袋训练时会诱发出队员腰部的痛感,尤其在队员发力鞭击沙袋时,会出现明显的腰部痛感;腰部临床检查可定位为腰方肌损伤。结论:散打后鞭腿训练可出现腰方肌运动技术伤;后鞭腿转髋、挺髋扣膝和鞭击环节可导致鞭击腿一侧的腰部肌肉受到较大牵拉力,肌张力升高,这是造成腰方肌损伤的原因之一;后鞭腿踢击沙袋训练时,传递到腰部的震荡冲击力是导致腰方肌损伤的原因之一;与腰部邻近肌肉相比,腰方肌走行距离短,在同等外力作用下,会产生较高的肌张力是导致腰方肌损伤的原因之一;腰方肌局部反复受到牵拉力和震荡冲击力的作用,最终导致腰方肌损伤。

Cause Analysis for Quadratus Lumborum Injury Induced by Houbiantui Technical Training of Sanda

During the houbiantui technical training,some athletes’ quadratus lumborum were injured.With analyzing houbiantui technique,pain provocation testing and clinical examnation for waist,the cause what inducing waist muscles injured were studied.During performing sone technique phase and kicking sandbag training,the pains of waist were induced.Base on the case,it was the houbiantui training the induced the athletes’ quadratus lumborum injured.Some technique phase may induce the stressed unequally for waist muscles on both of waist.When kicking sandbag training,the impact force with concussion may induce the injury of waist muscles.The quadratus lumborum was shorter muscle than other muscles of waist.So the quadratus lumborum was injured seriously among the waist muscles.In conclusion,it was accumulative action of multiple factors that induce the injury of quadratus lumborum in the course of houbiantui training.
