我国女子散打发展研究

采用文献资料、专家访谈等方法对我国女子散打竞争格局、后备人才的培养、服务团队等进行较为透彻的进行分析。主要结论：我国女子散打竞争格局较为明显,部分省市有待提高;后备人才培养不足,大级别75公斤级和小级别48公斤级更为显现;服务团队较为薄弱,尤其是科研人员和医务人员;媒体效应较差,缺少明星选手等。提出了我国女子散打应积极改变旧式训练体系,充分完善服务团队等建议。

Study onThe Development of China Women Sanda

Using methods of literature rewiew,expert interviews and other methods,study on our country women sanda Competition pattern,the training of reserve talents,service team and so on.The main conclusion:Chinese women sanda competition pattern is more obvious,some provinces and cities must to be improved;reserve talents shortage,75 kg and 48 kg class is more obvious;service team is relatively weak,especially scientific research personnel and medical personnel;media effect is poor,the lack of star players.It proposed that our country women Sanda should change old training system,fully improve the service team and so on.
