| 摘 要： | 做好尖子运动员的思想工作,对竞技目标的实现影响较大。运用问卷调查法、访谈法等研究方法,对尖子运动员的需求现状以及尖子运动员思想工作管理现状进行分析,在此基础上提出基于个性需求满足的尖子运动员思想工作指导思想,实践中应注重针对性、全面性、公平性和动态性,创新手段方法,以期对优秀运动队尖子运动员思想教育工作提供借鉴。

| Abstract: | The best athletes to do ideological work,achieve the goal of sports influence.By using the method of questionnaire investigation,interviews and other research methods,the best athletes demand present situation as well as the top athletes ideological work management situation analysis,based on personality to meet the needs of top athletes ideological work guiding ideology,practice should pay attention to targeted,comprehensive sex,fair sex and dynamic sex,innovation means,to period of excellent sports teams top athletes ideological education work of reference. |
