体育专业大学生就业能力结构探析

采用问卷调查法,对体育专业大学生就业能力结构进行了理论建构,在获得就业能力的理论建构后,据此并参考相关量表,编制了体育专业大学生就业能力自评量表问卷,对影响体育专业大学生就业能力的相关因子进行分析,构建了职业形象品质、职业核心能力、职业基本技能三个维度,26个变量因子的就业能力结构体系,为体育专业大学生的学习和就业提供参考。
