| 摘 要： | 蝗虫是昆虫纲中的一大类群,具有很高的经济价值.首先,蝗虫营养成分含量高,可以食用;其次,蝗虫含有很丰富的药用成分,可以药用;第三,蝗虫还可以作为观赏昆虫丰富人们的业余生活.蝗虫用途广泛,是一种很好的资源昆虫.探讨了蝗虫的食用、药用等用途以及蝗虫资源开发与利用的现状及前景.

| Abstract: | Grasshopper, a big group of insecta, has a higher economical value. First, grasshopper can be eaten because of the high nutrition. Second, grasshopper has much medical component. Third, people can enjoy it because it is beautiful. In short, the use of grasshopper is very extensive. It is a kind of good insect resource. The use of grasshopper in food, medicine and the perspective and the developing and utilization of grasshopper resource were discussed. |
